Additionally, The Tiny House Society offers Tiny Home Design & Tiny Life Coaching Services to pair Clients with Qualified Builders who commit to nationally accredited building standards and are willing to build within the Client’s budget capacity. The Tiny House Society is a Marketing & Consulting company with the goal of becoming the top listing service of both standard and custom Tiny Homes and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in a young industry of Tiny living that is growing over Time.
Our Story
The idea of creating a Tiny Home, Converted Vehicles, Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) Marketing & Consulting company began with an “Investor Partnership” presentation in November of 2019 by Erick Alvarez. After noticing partially completed Tiny Homes available for purchase online, Erick Alvarez reached out to various individuals to conduct market research and estimate financial viability of potential customers. At that point, Erick Alvarez presented the “Investor Partnership” opportunities to various individuals. After almost 6 months of raising funds, in early May of 2020, Erick Alvarez, and three financial investors gathered $27,000 to build a Tiny Home. Ever since the first Tiny Home sold, The Tiny House Society has continued to market and advertise Tiny Homes for sale all across the country.
